Taylor finished her MFA: Scenography progam at the University in Kansas in August 2019. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and Technical Design from Avila University. Taylor grew up in the small town of Gardner, Kansas where she found her love for theatre by taking voice lessons and tons of acting classes. It wasn't until college that Taylor fell in love with the technical side of theatre, and ever since she has taken role on and off stage. 

Her design experience includes hair and makeup design, costume design, properties design, set designing, lighting design and scenic charging. 

She has played the alto saxophone for 13 years, tenor and snare drum, and can plunk a few notes and chords on the piano. 

In her free time she enjoys reading, sewing, video games and a

 good game of bowling.
